IMPORTANT: This bedroom also serves as the passageway to the garage bunk and media room. Guests staying here should expect others to walk through. These two bedrooms work best for children, teens, or families sharing the space.



🎬 GARAGE BUNK & MEDIA ROOM



One of the home's most unique spaces! The former two-car garage has been transformed into a spacious sleeping area and entertainment hangout featuring:



• Two queen-over-queen bunk beds

• Comfortable sofa

• Large Smart TV

• X-box 360 + Games

• Dedicated mini-split heating and air conditioning

• Large emergency egress window



The space retains its original functional garage door and epoxy flooring, giving it a distinctive converted-garage feel. It's especially appealing for kids, teens, and families traveling together. This is also where the Washer & Dryer are located.



Access is through the adjoining twin bunk bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated. Swimming is generally most comfortable from April through October. During November through March, water temperatures can be considerably cooler, often in the 60s to low 70s depending on the weather.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole home to yourselves: all bedrooms, the garage bunk/media room, the game room, kitchen, and the screened pool area. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. Parking for 6 cars in the driveway, plus street parking (the garage is now a bedroom, so there's no garage parking).

The Ultimate Escape is nestled in an established neighborhood, giving families and groups a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. You'll enjoy easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parks, and everyday essentials.

Explore the historic charm of downtown Longwood, discover nearby nature trails and freshwater springs, or venture into Orlando for world-famous theme parks, entertainment, dining, and shopping.

Whether you're planning a family reunion, a theme park vacation, a sports tournament getaway, or simply a fun-filled weekend together, our location provides a comfortable home base for your Central Florida adventure.

Best of all, with a private pool and an epic game room waiting back at the house, some of your favorite vacation memories might happen without ever leaving the property!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Central Florida and making the most of your stay at The Ultimate Escape.

Our Longwood location offers convenient access to major roads, making it easy to reach Orlando-area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Guests can explore nearby Longwood, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, and Winter Park, or plan day trips to Orlando's theme parks, natural springs, and other Central Florida destinations.

Uber and Lyft are also available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.

We recommend allowing extra travel time during rush hour and peak theme park periods. Travel times will vary depending on your destination



Other Things to Note:

We want every guest to arrive knowing exactly what to expect.



Converted garage bedroom: The fifth bedroom is a converted two-car garage with queen bunk beds, its own mini-split climate control, a large egress window, and an entertainment area. The original garage door and epoxy floor remain.



Walk-through bedroom: The twin bunk bedroom provides access to the garage bunk room. Guests staying in the twin room should expect others to pass through. These two rooms work especially well for children, teens, or families sharing the space.



Pool temperature: Our private pool is not heated. Water temperatures vary seasonally, and winter swimming may be chilly.



Pool care and safety: The pool is professionally maintained by Pinch A Penny and cleaned and checked before each arrival. There is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised around the pool at all times. If anything needs attention upon arrival, please message us promptly.



Exterior security camera: One exterior camera is located at the front of the home, monitoring and recording the driveway and front entrance. It operates continuously. There are no indoor cameras or cameras in the pool area.



Pet-friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome with an applicable pet fee. Please include your pets when booking.



Quiet neighborhood: This home is located in a residential community. Please respect our neighbors, observe quiet hours outdoors after 10 PM, and remember that parties and events are not permitted.
