"A disastrous experience that demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and empathy. I had booked and paid for a room at this hotel, expecting at least some flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, a flat tire left me stranded on the side of the road for 10 hours. When I finally arrived late, exhausted and frustrated, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled due to an inhumane administrative rule stating that bookings expire after a certain hour. No effort was made to consider my exceptional situation. Even worse, the staff displayed a cold attitude, completely devoid of understanding or any willingness to find a solution. I was treated as nothing more than a number in their system, erased as if I had never existed. In the hospitality industry, one expects service that focuses on meeting the needs of clients, especially in unexpected situations. This kind of rigidity and indifference is unacceptable and reflects insensitive, robotic management. If you’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and humane establishment, this hotel is certainly not an option. I strongly advise against taking the risk of such an experience during a moment of need.
