This charming apartment is situated in popular Looe, just outside the hustle and bustle of the foodie district of West Looe. Sleeping two in a cosy double bedroom, this property is a perfect romantic bolthole to return to after a day out wandering the beautiful coastline. Wake up among bright and airy decor, grab your morning coffee and take the steps up from the bedroom to your private patio to watch the day unfold among stunning views.
The property, which has shared gardens at the front of the building, has a delightful coastal feel. Refreshing whites and blues feature throughout, with charming artwork reminding you of the beach dotted on the walls. Enjoy peaceful meals at the dining table, looking out of the large window towards the waves, or snuggle up on the sofa in the lounge with your favourite show on TV to unwind. The bedroom is a tranquil haven to relax in after a long day; in the morning, throw open the curtains and jump back in bed to enjoy wonderful views of St George’s Island from the large picture window.
Head just half a mile into West Looe where you’ll find lots of seafood restaurants and pubs to enjoy, or take the bridge or ferry over to East Looe where sandy East Looe Beach (1 mile) awaits. Visit the monkeys at Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (5 miles), or take a walk along the South West Coast Path to Polperro Model Village (4.5 miles) before visiting the village’s rugged cliffs and crystal-clear waters. You must visit the Eden Project (22 miles) while you’re in the area; you could even take it in from the sky with a zip wire experience at Hangloose Adventures on site!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in Looe. There was an issue with a leak at the accommodation which meant we had to move out for a few days while the leak was fixed and assessed as safe. During this time the owner and caretaker made arrangements for alternative accommodation at their expense. The alternative accommodation was also amazing with no expense spared. When we finally returned to the apartment it was wonderful to get back, it’s such a lovely apartment with all the creature comforts anyone would need and with a lovely view of the sea. Other people have mentioned the steps (50) being an issue. Yes it is a bit of a climb but the bonus being I now have calves like Jack Grealish! In summary, yes the upheaval for a few days was inconvenient (and let’s face it, these things are out of anyone’s control) but the way this was handled was way way way beyond expectations. This says to me that the owner has the customers happiness as a priority. In this day and age this is unusually honourable. I would not hesitate in staying here again should i ever venture to Looe again.
