« The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers....

« The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still donât even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we donât have that or no we canât do that for you. « We only stayed one evening as the bed was broken, soap dispenser was broken, toilet paper holder was broken and freezer in fridge was filled with ice and not able to be used until defrosted. Contacted property and they offered to move us to a new room. Checked new room and bed was also broken in there. Advised them it is not safe to stay on their property and they offered us our original room back which made us leave and not come back. They did not offer a refund of any kind, only to move to...
