Other things to note
Please note before booking:

• The apartment does not have A/C. Portable fans are provided for guest comfort.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on the private balcony.
• Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
• The building laundry room is shared and requires payment.
• Security cameras may be present in the building's common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
• Early check-in may be available at no charge depending on the day's schedule. Please ask on the day of arrival.
• Late checkout until 12 PM may be available for $50 with advance approval and subject to availability.
• Optional airport transportation, grocery delivery, and car rental services are available for an additional fee with advance request.
• A standard-size crib is available upon request — please let us know before your stay if you need one.
