A little TLC is all you need...
This was a very nice house. Ample space for a large family or group of friends. Good layout in the house, and good location close to major highways to get around the city. I was not too happy that things did not work in the house, like the light fixtures in a couple of the rooms; the toaster; or one of the eyes on the stove. There were a couple of chairs that were wobbly; and the tv on the patio (from the picture) was removed. There could have been a few more pans to cook with, and a blender, but for the most part, everything that you might need was included. There was a coffee maker and ample tea and coffee, and a nice refrigerator.
The owners did a good job of communicating. They were very helpful and responsive. The items in need of repair were not fixed in the time we were there, but the owners noted that they would send someone out to take care of them, so I trust that the next guests will not have those concerns. There were just those few concerns which overall, I think, are minor and easily addressed. In my opinion, this is a really good rental- layout, location, and landlords. All very nice! The neighborhood was quiet; felt safe; and the freeway was close by. We would definitely stay at the property again. 4 out of 5 stars... with a little TLC (and attention to details), it could have been a 5 with the slight repairs/changes I mentioned.
