good for a night
Slightly overrated. Functional rooms with workspace and plugs. Odd room shape and a bit small feel at officially 30 sqm. Parking fee should be considered when comparing prices. Manual doors to lobby were an unpleasant surprise with heavy bags.

Das Hitel war ok wir könnten leider nicht schlafen, da es direkt an der Sutobahn und dem Flughafen Long Beach liegt... Die ersten 2. Tage hatten wir kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer und somit war das duschen leider nicht möglich... Ansonsten ist es sauber und das Personal sehr sehr nett...

Location is near the airport. Hotel offered complimentary transportation which was nice. It could use some updating and the beds were not comfortable at all. Also, rooms were not ready until after 4:00 pm

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early flight. Comfortable but no frills. Front desk person was not the friendliest and got the room and the entry key cards wrong. Had to return to get the right cards. We reserved a king but got two doubles/queens. But the room we ended up in was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The night light was an added bonus. Overall a decent room.

Clean beads but the pillows were flat, and the carpet was not very clean. Great if you just wanna go and sleep for one night but not recommended for honeymoon or anniversary.

The place was terrible. I have pictures that I’d love to send I put a qualifation that the hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport. This place provided a shuttle from Long Beach airport. We flew in to LAX

Never again
$15 a night for parking $10 for breakfast. The breakfast is the exact same as the one holiday inn express gives you for free except here they limit you to 2 glasses of orange juice. Room was worn down, window was broken. A/C barely worked. Carpet was sticky. Beds were the most uncomfortable I can remember having slept in. Front desk had an attitude on check in. Elevators were terribly slow, And overcrowded.

The property is clean but the ice machine was not working on my floor, only one elevator was working and we had an emergency evacuation but no one informed us about what was happening and when we could return to our rooms. It seemed as if the staff was confused and didn’t know what was happening. The hotel was convenient but not sure if I would stay here again.

It was depressing. I didn’t expect a club chair in the room to look like a chair in a mechanics garage. That thing was disgusting & belonged curbside. The dining area/bar was nice. The differences between a grungy guest room & an nice bar/dining area didn’t make any sense.
