wunderschönes Hotel
das Hotel liegt zwar an der Hauptstrasse aber es ist super leise, die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön auch der pool ist zu entfehlen. Die Häuser sind gut aufgeteilt, und wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern eine Küche und 2 onsuite Bädern. 1 Livingroom. würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

ok, aber kein weiterer Besuch denkbar
Als Hotel vor dem Abflug gebucht und ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet - aber LA ist eben kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Pflaster. Das Studio war räumlich ok, die Küche und ihre wenigen Geräte allerdings arg in die Jahre gekommen und teils stark verrostet. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Pool und Frühstücksbuffet waren mit der Zahl der Gäste überlastet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

The room wasn’t ready until night. The couch bed didn’t look clean and very weak. Breakfast was great. Good location and quiet neighborhood. All staffs were very nice except the African American guy who was working late at night (after 11pm) on Friday, 5/17. When I went to the front desk to report about the gas smell around the building, he immediately got upset and kept saying nothing we could do. He said “What do you want me to do? Do you want me to call police? We don’t have any tool to fix it!” Well, I was just nicely reporting in case of fire or explosion. I had my guests and my son in the building. I didn’t know why I had to be attacked so badly. My whole fun day experiences were ruined by him. When my husband called the front desk and reported to him the same thing, his attitude was much nicer. He must be a racist, too. Hotel should have someone who does the job.

Out of the gate, our best experience. We had to wait more than an hour for a room. The room was clean enough; however, there was a musty smell (almost like old cigarette smoke), maybe A/C filters need to be changed? The bed and pillows were the WORST we’ve ever experienced in any hotel and the sleeper sofa in the living room was just as terrible. We definitely will not return to this property.

Bei unserer Reise von San Francisco nach Las Vegas haben wir in vielen Hotels und Motels übernachtet. Das Sonesta gehört zu unseren Favoriten, es ist eine schöne Anlage und alles was man braucht Pool, BBQ, Waschmaschinen, Fitness. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen gibt es aber immer Die Küche könnte von den Utensilien etwas besser ausgestattet werden. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, da man die Tür gerade so zubekommt. Das Frühstück geht leider nur bis 9 Uhr und nicht wie im Internet geschrieben bis 10 Uhr In Los Angeles sollte man sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten, da die Stadt sehr riesig ist und man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln recht lange braucht. Daher ist es auch nicht unbedingt schlimm, dass die Hotel Anlage in einem Industriegebiet liegt.

We came to Torrance for vacation to visit my siblings. This place was close to pretty much everything we needed. When we checked in, I noticed dog treats. I asked the lady at the front desk if the first floor accepted pets. She assured me that they placed pets in a separate area on the property. The room was dimly lit, the carpet was dirty, the chair in the living room had unknown stains on it (we didn’t use that chair), fleas in the living room and one of the bedrooms. We also found roaches in the kitchen cabinet on the morning of checkout. When we checked out, we told them about the fleas and condition of the room. We were asked if we’d called anyone about our issues. We didn’t bc it was late at night when we realized it and didn’t want to inconvenience my 70 year old mother with moving. Please save yourself time and stress by booking somewhere else. We won’t be booking this place in the future.

Construction going on in lots of areas, the furniture should have all been thrown out 10 years ago, so beyond dirty, had to put sheets over everything to sit down. Every person I spoke with at the property said the same thing about the furniture. Jets in the jacuzzi were broke so water was shooting up and out. Trash on the ground throughout the property, leaves and other plant branches all over, never cleaned up when the gardeners came. Had to put trash outside your room every other day to be emptied because it was so small and housekeeping comes by every 8 days.

The buffet was great. They had breakfast tacos, pancakes made from a machine which is fun for kids, cereal, yogurt, English muffins were large and fresh, oranges, apples, coffee, lemonade and orange juice. They had toppings for eggs, and pancakes. They also had bread for toast, and bagels. The servers were super friendly and made sure everything was stocked. The front desk staff was super friendly and had great energy. They were helpful. The amenities were great, work out area, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, very nice outdoor area. The rooms were a surprisingly large, it felt like a an apartment. The closests were large and the showers were nice. The kitchen was great with a fridge and freezer, small 2 stove top, stocked dishes and pans and a microwave. The room were were in had 2 bed rooms and 2 baths. My husband liked how clean the bedding was. The only complaints I had were the bed I was in was very uncomfortable and squeaked every time I moved. I did not sleep well. The other complaint I had was the sofa and chair did not look clean enough to sit on. The stay itself was very nice.

My stay was on budget, Sarah at the reception is super nice and helpful with a great smile all the time. Great parking in front of your room. Close to a lot of restaurants, and shops. The room is clean BUT the furniture was damaged as couch cover, desk chair, etc.

They waited all the way to the day they said my deposit was supposed to be on my card to tell me they charged me a cleaning and smoking fee and didn’t even smoke inside the room and left a few balloons because we celebrated my boyfriends birthday.

This was a really nice place to stay at although there is a lot of construction onsite. Had a great first couple of nights and on the 3rd one there was a large altercation at the room above ours which ultimately lead to the police coming out twice and the people eventually being kicked. In the evening the phones are randomly answered at the front desk. Other than that, rooms were great and would certainly stay again
