Tolles Boutique Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Das Mosaic ist ein tolles Boutique Hotel, ca. 5 Minuten Laufdistanz vom berühmten Rodeo Drive. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber. Auch der Pool war einladend gestaltet mit ansprechenden Lounge Möbeln. Abends wurde jeweils ein offenes Feuer entfacht.

Das Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills befindet sich an einer tollen Lage. Zu Fuss sind erstklassige Restaurants sowie der Rodeo Drive erreichbar. Kleine Klagenote des Service, ob man das Menu am Pool verlangt inkl. danach Speise oder das Auto beim Valet anfragt dauert sehr sehr lange.

Modernes Hotel mit verbesserungswürdigem Service
Schönes, modernes Hotel in Beverly Hills in fussläufiger Nähe zum Rodeo drive. Ansprechendes Zimmer. Gute Dusche. Service ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel leider verbesserungswürdig. Auf unsere 2 Anfragen im Vorfeld über das Contact-Formular des Hotels wurde nicht reagiert. Ursprünglich wären wir sehr früh morgens aus Hawaii angekommen, so dass wir bezüglich eines frühen Checkins, für welchen wir auch zahlen wollten angefragt haben. Nachdem wir auf beide Anfragen keine Antwort bekommen haben, haben wir unseren Flug umgebucht und für die Nacht vor unserem Aufenthalt im Mosaic Hotel ein zweites Hotel gebucht. Der Barman war sehr mit seiner Stammkundschaft beschäftigt, so dass wir uns um eine zweite Runde schon sehr selbst bemühen mussten. Das Zimmermädchen hat die aufgebrauchten Kosmetikprodukte bei Zimmerreinigung nicht aufgefüllt. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter für das Valet-Parking ist erst angekommen, nachdem wir unseren Wagen selber eingeparkt haben. Aufgrund dieser Service-Erfahrungen haben wir trotz guter Bewertungen nicht im Hotel gegessen und waren im 208 Rodeo Restaurant essen. Schöner Pool-Bereich, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt ist dies Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie kann man einen besseren Service erwarten.

Der Roomsevice hielt mein privates Handtuch für eines des Hotels und hat es in die Wäscherei gegeben. Leider haben sie es nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht mehr zurückgeben können...konnte dann eines von ihnen mitnehmen (jedoch kleiner und weniger an Wert). Das Hotel an und für sich ist klein und schön. Zu Fuss schnell in den Luxuseinkaufsstrassen.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. auf dem Internetportal stand nicht das direkt neben dem Hotel ein neues Gebäude gebaut wird, welches eine ständigen Lärmbelästigung war. Die Bilder im Internet täuschen sehr, der Pool ist ca so groß wie in jedem kleinen Motel, außerdem war der Boden des Pools total dreckig. Die Bauarbeiter nebenan, hatten direkten daneben gearbeitet, absolut nicht entspannend. Service war auch nicht besser, am Pool wurde man nicht mal nach einem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Die Zimmer waren komplett vollgestellt und viel, viel zu klein. Wir waren zu viert und man konnte sich kaum umdrehen im Zimmer. Alles in allem ein großer Reinfall. Die Fotots im Internet geben überhaupt nicht die Realität wieder. Hier lässt man sich nur den Namen Beverly Hills bezahlen. Auf jeden Fall überhaupt nicht für Familien geeignet und nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich bin Stammgast im Mosaik Hotel. Aus gutem Grund. Familiäres Klima und trotzdem routiniert-professionell. Zimmer und Bäder modern, sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann vielleicht, dass die Zimmer nicht besonders groß sind. Gute Lage in der Nähe Wilshire/Rodeo Drive. Selfparking ist für mich wichtig weil ich meist viele Termine habe und nicht stundenlang auf mein Auto warten will. Eine angenehme Alternative zu den internationalen Hotelketten.

Love, love this place. Didn’t get to stay as long as we would have liked as flight was late and it was only for one night. Lovely people - super friendly and ten stars to Renee, who served us breakfast and mimosas. Would stay again and again.

I was recovering here for surgery and two of the the nights I was there , kids were telling giggling and ringing all of our doorbells at 3am - mine included. I told front desk immediately both times but nothing was done. I also requested an extra blanket and my request was completely ignored. Location was absolutely a perfect location to my drs so that was great; hotel service and a respectful quiet policy was extremely disappointing

Room was very small, beds were uncomfortable, cheap mattresses. No bellhop services offered. 3 out of the 4 days we were there the restaurant was closed for dinner. For 2 people in our room we always were given 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and, 3 out of 4 days, one washcloth. I all say the housekeeping staff was very nice.

The only issue was the bathroom. the sink plug would not open so the water stayed in the sink. Also, we only received 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for two people. Other than that, it was great.

Not the best experience (to say the least)
Well, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, we travel a lot along the year and this was awful: We were a party of 6, 2 persons per room Day 1: Rooms were dirty and didn’t have any towels Day 2: 1 couple moved out from the hotel due to poor room conditions, service and responses. We reported the problems at the front desk and they deliberately didn’t pay any attention The same day but at night, we reported the same and in that moment they took notice. Day 3: Water problems at night, no hot water and then no water at all With that said, sadly the recommendation is to NO STAY at this hotel. Beautiful property, poor management

We liked the location of the hotel as it's very easy to get to and within close walking distance to much of Beverly Hills. The room are nice but the bathrooms are quite small. Also, some rooms look out onto a blank wall. They charge an extra Urban Bundle fee of $30 which is nothing more than an upcharge for nothing more than 2 glasses of inexpensive wine. The fellow at the bar is extremely nice but the follow at the reception desk need proper training.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Beverly Hills area. 2 mins walk to Rodeo Dr and a Starbucks right behind the building. All of the staff are so nice and professional. Phillipa helped us checked in and she was so helpful and kind. She got the cart and loaded with the luggage by herself. She is definitely the best of the best. The bartender Bob is such a wonderful person who will make sure that you have the most pleasant experience with your stay. Thumbs up to you guys

My husband and I were in town for one night and chose the Mosaic based on location. Everything seemed ok until midnight. The room directly above us began to sound like an absolute circus. Scraping furniture across the floor, stomping, pounding…I called the front desk twice to notify them and was assured that they would speak with the guests above us. This noise went on for 5 hours before stopping briefly for 2, only to pick back up again in the morning. When we notified the front desk manager she told us that this is a common issue specifically with our room (209) and that “everyone complains about that!” Nothing was done to rectify the situation further. We plan on traveling to this area frequently in the coming months and we most definitely will NOT return to the Mosaic.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Compact boutique-style, with the standard mini-cabanas for meetings. Downside for some folks will be the in-building noise. Isolation from adjacent/above rooms is very poor. Room and bathroom were clean, spacious, street-facing windows could be opened. The convenient self-parking adds $50/day to your cost.
