My friends and I were very excited to stay here, and were very selective about choosing this accommodation. We liked this property for its backyard and strong reviews, but unfortunately experienced several issues.Most information was only listed strictly online. However, key details were missing— such as clarification about property access, and how to use key amenities. First off, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until we called AFTER arrival. Upon arrival, the backyard and kitchen were not properly cleaned, with trash, leftover food, clothing, and garbage both outside and in the bins inside. We were also surprised to find another attached property with direct backyard access. Although told it was unoccupied, multiple times we encountered strange older men entering the backyard from a door in the fence, with no equipment, without a single warning. Evening when our female friends were showering outside! Communication was a huge issue. We spent an entire day trying to reach the host for hot tub instructions — from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Absolutely no response until my fiancée spam called him from a separate phone. When we finally got through, the hot tub took 2 hours to heat up, passing curfew hours. Even being granted extended hours until 12am, it shut off early at 10:30pm. When similar issues continued the next day - we gave up communicating. While the host was polite the RARE occasion we did connect, the lack of communication made our stay disappointing overall.
