« We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. « The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own. »

« Overall, the home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything, but not very walkable. The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. »

« We had a lovely, quiet stay in Mission Springs! Our space was exceptionally clean and very easy to access. We especially loved the beautiful redwoods and wildflowers surrounding the property. We appreciated the bottled water and apples left in the fridge to take along with us on a hike. The host, Jessie, was very responsive and sweet. The location is close to Felton/Henry Cowell State Park and has great dining options close by (we enjoyed Cowboy Bar & Grill and The Grove). We would gladly stay...
