„The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. „What a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The house is as neat as a pin. The cottage is perfect for "personal space." There is a fair amount of airplane noise, but that pales in comparison to the rest of the property. We will definitely stay here again. “

„This house was perfect for us, our kids, and grandkids. Quiet upstairs for sleeping children, nice big kitchen, large dining table in and out and a great little pool for kid fun! It felt like home. Also, the manager was very available for questions and suggestions. Very helpful. If in the area again we would rent this property. Thanks for a perfect spot!“

„Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! “

„We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. “
