„Einfaches, aber sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht. Unsere Anreise mit dem Auto war etwas abenteuerlich, da die Straße teilweise sehr schmal und extrem kurvig ist. Die Unterkunft is oben in den Bergen, nicht direkt in Vernazza. Bei unserer Ankunft war kein Personal vorhanden. Wir haben den Check-in telefonisch gemacht. Hat auch funktioniert. Das Frühstück war lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.“

Grand Hotel Villa Balbi

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Grandhotel Villa Balbi und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders gefreut hat uns das großzügige Upgrade von unserem gebuchten Doppelzimmer auf eine Suite – eine wirklich schöne Überraschung und ein toller Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude und versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die authentischen Zimmer, der gepflegte und ruhige Garten und die wunderbare Atmosphäre machen dieses Hotel zu etwas Besonderem. Es ist eines dieser Häuser mit echtem Charakter, in denen man sich sofort wohlfühlt und ein wenig das Gefühl bekommt, in eine andere Zeit einzutauchen. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und für die Anreise mit dem Auto stehen praktische Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass der Parkplatz nachts durch ein großes Tor verschlossen wird – dadurch fühlten wir uns auch mit unserem Auto sehr sicher. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre das Frühstück: Für die Preisklasse hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung gewünscht. Das hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum getrübt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die besondere Atmosphäre der Villa Balbi sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Eher etwas teuer für die Qualität. Aber super nettes Personal und sauber. Dusche war leicht defekt ( wasser spritzt oben raus) und das Zimmer war laut, da man jede Aufzug- bewegung hört. Unser Zimmer war nah bei den Aufzügen."

"Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Excelsior Palace und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, tadellos sauber und gepflegt – und der Ausblick aufs Meer einfach grandios, morgens wie abends. Das Frühstück ist ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, alles frisch, sehr gute Qualität und dazu diese Aussicht. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Liegebereich direkt am Meer an der Felsenküste. Traumhaft gelegen, gepflegt und mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser – dort haben wir viele Stunden verbracht. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben ehrlich gesagt nichts gefunden, was wir kritisieren könnten. Absolute Empfehlung!"
