We loved this property! It exceed our expectations. The house was huge and had plenty of space for our whole group. The dock was amazing. We enjoyed the game room and poker table downstairs. The owners added a lot of nice touches such as having storage at the dock, the paddle boards, and adding handrails on the stairs to the dock. Our only suggestion was to clean the one coffee maker upstairs as it had some mold in it and the master bathroom shower could have been cleaned a little better (mold in it). Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a great location

We really enjoyed our week in your beautiful home! Awesome lake views and sunsets, and the dock is perfect…plenty of shade can be found as well as areas to sun. We enjoyed the paddle boards/kayak as well! The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and plenty big for our party of 12! Another bonus…Tim’s and Moo Thru are super close via boat! You will surely get a good work out going up and down the stairs to the dock, but really happy that a railing was added to assist my parents in their 80’s. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year! Thank you for a memorable week!

Just ok…

The best parts about this house is the dock area which is well equipped and organized. The location on the lake is also good. We had a few moments during our stay in which we were not pleased with our rental choice. The outdoor patio area had trash strewn throughout the area. The fan in the kids bedroom did not work and the door knob was completely off the door. The grill is absolutely shot and only one set of burners worked. We had difficultly getting into the house initially because of the lock not properly working. The property manager seemed familiar with the issue which it would have been helpful to have a note about the lock not functioning properly. We plan to return to Lake Anna however will definitely be seeking an alternate rental option.

Beautiful view and clean, fully stocked home

The cleaning crew was just finishing up as we arrived and they were so nice and, most importantly, very thorough with their cleaning. The view of the water was beautiful. The kitchen is the most fully-stocked kitchen we've ever experienced in a rental. We'd definitely come back.

Clean, comfy, quiet, and well stocked!

The house exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area felt private, and was calm and quiet (compared to many other parts of the lake). The house was also very well stocked, with all of the kitchen essentials we needed, plus bonuses like an air fryer and other gadgets. Would definitely stay here again. Family Trip 2024

This is a great house for a large family and has a great layout and everyone had a great time. However, it's definitely in need of some deep cleaning. There are a lot of dead flies, mosquitoes and spiders towards the top of the high ceilings in the kitchen and living areas. The exterior needs to be power washed, a lot of debris in the yard and the grass had not been mowed in some time. We used the debris in the yard to burn in the fire pit. The arcade game does not work. The grille does not get hot enough and needs parts to be replaced or to be totally replaced. A charcoal grille would be nice. My dog peed on the comfortable in the owner's suite which we washed and is in the dryer. Sorry about that.

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

We booked a few days away before kids started to head off to school. The house was PERFECT—beautifully appointed, extraordinary views, amazing privacy—the bedrooms were lovely, with lux linens, the kitchen was well stocked and the living spaces were perfect for a family with a big dog. The game room and second full living space on the lower floor were a treat. We rented a boat and were able to tie off at the home’s dock to load up for the day on the lake. The kayak and paddle board were a very welcome activities as was the awesome book collection! Property management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We will absolutely book again!

Beautiful spacious lake house. House was stocked nicely with kitchenware, pots and pans. Everything you needed to cook with. House was very roomy we had in our family who stayed for the week. Love going down to the dock every morning. My grandsons enjoyed fishing, my granddaughters enjoyed kayaking. We made a lot of wonderful memories there.

Absolutely loved the house. I took my family me, my husband, 5 teenagers, my daughter and my sister showed up later. I also took my three small dogs and I think they enjoyed the house, I know they enjoyed the back porch. We loved the location and the lake toys they provided was great. My family has had a Lake Anna weekend for 20 years now, and my friends for 6 now. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful view of the lake I've ever seen. And the house is awesome. We usually bounce around every year but we are already planning to come back here instead next year. 10/10

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Throughly enjoyed from beginning to end. The view of lake was breathtaking. The home was emasculate and very welcoming. The only negative was the grill , which obviously hadn’t been cleaned for the season. Even still the overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Great House for fishing and relaxation!!

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. We caught numerous fish off the dock on night crawlers. Right after dark the big catfish started biting but the next night it was just small ones so give it a try a couple of nights and you will not be disappointed! The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. We got the arcade game to work because we are IT people but directions would be nice for those less electronic savvy.
