« Absolutely perfect for our three-generation family trip. Quiet and convenient family-oriented neighborhood, if was within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Clearly well maintained too, as we arrived from the airport on a 90+ degree day, drenched and exhausted from travel, and stepped right into a calm, cool (she must've had the A/C on in anticipation of our arrival) and stunning property that looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed for lazy morning breakfasts...

« The property was wonderful. Clean, quiet, central to many things. The owner was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. »

« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication with Michelle was awesome. The only downside is sleeping in the living room on a weekend night. Ear plugs weren’t adequate to drown out the noise from Bourbon street. »

« This is an absolute win if you enjoy being in the midst of the action, but close enough to step away and relax too. The roof top patio was a real delight for people watching and relaxing. The only thing to be aware is being in the midst of activity is the music noise. Bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper. But we had a great stay. »

« My second time staying here. The hostesses treat me like family. They are so welcoming. Such a peaceful environment - including beautiful country views with horses. There were even 3 fouls that were just born. Such a blessing to watch the baby horses interacting with their moms. Bonus: The Best Stop Kitchen/grocery store is just down the street and sells amazing boudin biscuits! »

« My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and it was the perfect location and size of space we needed. So close to Magazine Street and to the St Charles Streetcar to get to the French Quarter. We loved it!! Would definitely come back. Nathan was a great host!! »

« It is such a beautiful space with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and lovely ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The location is easily walkable to Frenchman street, though when we wanted to go further into the Quarter, we usually Ubered. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood, and the gated access made it feel even more private. The host responded to messages promptly and efficiently. I would absolutely stay here again! »

« The smart A/C controller was a godsend for this menopausal Momma!!! The overhead extra large fan was an additional plus. If they change the water pressure with an effective showerhead for the corner shower stall, it would be the only place I'll ever stay when in N'Orleans. The kitchen was well appointed with amenities to reheat leftovers when you want to just have a quiet moment without thinking of where to go next to eat-and there are MANY options within walking distance. »

« We were in New Orleans moving my college kids out of the dorms at Loyola that week and this was a great homebase location for us. Easy to park and lots of wonderful places to walk. I will also say that the beds and pillows were wonderful! »

« This loft condo was most impressive! Great location and everything you can think of was provided! Classic New Orleans building with a modern loft living condo was great to come back to after exploring the city! If you like tall ceilings you will not be disappointed! »
