« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« Overall this property is exactly as stated in the listing. Room layout is a bit odd, but very accommodating. Interior very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood is a bit suspect, but we had no issues. »

« Everything, as far as the property, was first rate. But be warned: if you want to go to sleep before 3:00 am on Friday or Saturday night, you will need earplugs. The noise from Frenchman street is incredibly loud. Not just the bars, which wouldn’t be so bad, but the kids cruising by with ungodly loud sound systems. »

« Loved this place. Great common area. Everything was well kept. Appreciated the extras--water, soft drinks, snacks. Building was quiet. Much better than a hotel. »

« Très beau studio bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût. La communication avec Clare était fluide et elle était toujours très réactive et attentionnée. Emplacement très correct, à quelques blocs du bus ou du streetcar. Idéal pour sillonner Garden District. Le quartier peut sembler peu sûr une fois la nuit tombée, mais on n'a eu aucun problème, et au pire si ça peut rassurer, on est à seulement quelques minutes du quartier français en lyft ou en uber. »

« Host approved early arrival with no difficulty. Apartment was very clean, with small welcome basket in the living room. WiFi was easily available and strong. Host responded to questions immediately. »

« Perfect location the restaurants we ate at. They were within 20 minutes of the rental. The house was charming... cool to see some of the original architecture was preserved. Our host did not skimp on details...very thorough. I would stay there again. »
