« Although small, this little house was so well laid out and supplied that we were comfortable and happy. Excellent communication with property manager and close proximity to cute coffee shops, restaurants and walking trails. Louisville is such a fun place ! »

« This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. »

« Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. »

« The carrage house is well kept and stocked with ammenities. The location is very convienient if you want to go to the cityor the mountians. Carrie is a great host and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. You will not be sorry if you rent this property. We will definitely check if the property is available the next time we visit Denver. »

« This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. »
