Heat still wasn’t fixed from previous stay, and we woke up to it being low 40 in the home. The heat would not kick on. Someone came and “fixed” it, but took the heaters he brought, so for the next three hours while it tried to warm up in house, it was still freezing. Went outside next day, and it sounded like water gushing under house. Couldn’t sleep because of noise from water. Informed possible water pipe busted. Had headaches, possibly due to the water under house. Asked about staying another day in exchange for all problems. Told that was fine and appreciated our patience. Went to work and received text message needed to get our stuff out because we didn’t extend stay. Told them again about water; said I was wrong and water was outside. This is simply not true. Also, had to get up every night multiple times to change thermostat because it would go to temporary hold and drop to 62. This property really needs to be addressed.
