The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a layout that balances shared gathering spaces and personal privacy.

The Primary Suite
A spacious main-level retreat featuring a king memory foam mattress, dedicated workspace, smart nightstand with safe and wireless charging, and an attached full bathroom with walk-in shower, stocked with premium toiletries and plush hotel-style towels. Laundry is on the same floor, and the rear entrance has just one step, making this suite ideal for grandparents and multigenerational groups.

The Delphinium Suite
Contemporary queen bedroom featuring a gel memory foam mattress, wall-mounted TV, and ample storage.

The Executive Suite
Comfortable king bedroom with a platform bed, reading lights, wall-mounted TV, and seating area, ideal for extended stays.

The Retreat Suite
Flexible sleeping space featuring a twin bunk bed and a queen bed, perfect for families and additional guests.

All bedrooms include premium linens, Smart TVs, and thoughtfully selected furnishings. The Primary Suite is on the main level; the other bedrooms are on the upper and lower levels (stairs required).

THE BOURBON LOUNGE

The lower level features a spacious entertainment area with classic Chesterfield-style leather seating and an impressive 86" LG 4K Smart TV.

Enjoy movie nights, gaming sessions, and group gatherings with an Xbox Series X, board games, and a full bar setup with beverage cooler. Guests may also request use of the keg system with at least one day's notice (bring your own keg).

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, and everything needed for group meals and celebrations. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
