The common areas smell dirty & the rugs thru the hallways. The first room I stayed in had a really Strong smell so I had to move. My second room was okay, but they didn’t leave any conditioner in the room. This was definitely the second worst La Quinta I’ve stayed in. The first was in Albuquerque East… roaches.

The room was clean and newly renovated. There was no hand soap in the room. When I requested soap I was given a mini container of body wash! There was no hair dryer in room and NO breakfast food on our second day of our stay

Most of the staff were unhelpful and uncaring (except Derek). Dogs barking kept us awake. There was no soap in the room. Breakfast was not served one day, even though it was not a particularly good breakfast - no fruit, they ran out of yoghurts, and the selection was limited and bland. Dog faeces were not cleaned up. Do not recommend this hotel

I picked this motel because of the price of the room compared to other motels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room. It is large with good amenities. It is in a quiet location and is very close to Boulder. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in this location.

The lady who checked us in was awesome. The halls walking to the rooms needed to be vacuumed. The remote control was broken and it needed to be held together to keep the batteries in. The lampshade in between the beds looked like it had seen better days. The door to the bathroom was tacky and should be replaced with a real door. We had stayed there years ago and it just wasn't as nice as we remembered.

I gave a 4 stars for staff just because Derek a young man was super professional, nice and helpful. I would give him a 5 . However the night person I believe her name was Adriane was a total different story. She was rude and not helpful at all. This is the second time a stayed in the hotel and she’s as rude as the first time. They’ll should have more people like Derek.

The bathroom was dirty and had no soap or shampoo upon arrival. Bedspread had holes. No soundproofing means you hear nextdoor conversations —and they hear yours. La Quinta used to be a reliable hotel. No longer.

Staff was great! Unfortunately the property is run down and needs renovation. The breakfast was minimal, not as good as other LaQintas we’ve stayed at. However the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The corporation needs to provide a better property for their staff.

People hanging around vehicles outside. A lot of indoor Foot traffic of non staying people. Side doors propped open. Did not feel safe. Vehicle was being walked around by individual and worker seeemed to not care. Also seemed to not want to work or be at the job not very friendly ignored me for 15 minutes as I stood at the desk ringing bell.

This used to be a nice place to stay. It seems to have gone downhill. The front desk worker was not at all friendly. Several items do not function. Our room only has one bath towel and the bottle of shampoo is half full. Won’t be staying here again.

The place was very good and convenience for us who rented a car. If you need to stay in a place near denver this is a good option Breakfast was just simple but hey thats based on the night cost. The staff was super friendly. Coffee 24/7.

You could tell they have tried to upgrade the facility. But the bathroom needed some maintenance work. I wish the breakfast started at 6 am during the week, as 7 am was just too late. There was a smell in the room where I had to open the window just to air it out.

Not the usual experience with this hotel
I had stayed previously with no issues, but room was 55 deg @ checkin. It warmed up quickly. No internet due to storm. TV had smashed screen & was changed out.

The handicap door in the back of the hotel is broken but is still unlocked and guests leave it propped open. It does not close shut as you walk out. Unsafe! It snowed and the sidewalks were shoveled, but the handicap ramp was covered in snow and not visible. There were missing carpets at the entrance of the other back door, causing it to be very wet and slick due to the snow!
