Cozy Suites - Horrible
The trip started with an absolutely infuriating 3.5-hour ordeal of back-and-forth emails, phone calls, and texts just to verify my identity. Why? Because my name was off by two letters—like using “Andy” on VRBO and having “Andrew” on your ID. It was ridiculous. I was exhausted and furious before I even got the keys, and it only ended after I threatened to cancel and refuse payment.Then I arrived to find disgusting conditions—towels with stains and hair on them, and sheets that were clearly used and unwashed. Over the next two days, I had to deal with seventeen emails, over an hour of phone calls, and countless texts while my family and I were trying to enjoy 48 hours in Louisville. This place is a nightmare. DO NOT stay at Cozy Suites in Louisville. It's gross, unprofessional, and a total disaster from start to finish. VRBO needs to rethink their alliance with Cozy Suites.
