Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel
The condition of the room was absolutely awful.
The furniture was sticky and dirty, and the air conditioner was filthy. As soon as we turned it on, a strong, unpleasant smell and visible dust came out.
The bedding was clearly not clean — it looked like it hadn’t been changed. There were stains, dirt, and even hairs on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a clean bedding set for both beds. They gave me only two sheets and two pillowcases — and even those were stained and dirty. They said they had no more clean bedding available.
The water in the bathroom didn’t switch to the shower properly. The shower was more like a weak drizzle, while the main flow of water kept coming from the faucet.
The only toiletries provided were two small bars of soap — no shampoo, no body wash.
The receptionist listened to all my concerns but said she couldn’t help because her shift was ending in a few minutes.
We ended up sleeping in our clothes and using our own t-shirts as towels because the ones provided were also dirty and stained.
Very, very disappointing stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
