The first room we were given, the lights next to the bed did not work and since it was after 5p the issue could not be resolved. They offered another room but didn’t have a king and I told them double beds was not acceptable. The front desk clerk upgraded us at no additional cost to a suite with a king bed. « From the moment we entered the Inn, it was like stepping back into time. We were amazed at how well preserved the property was, all while offering all of the present day comforts and amenities. We were immediately welcomed by Michael at the front desk. He was very nice and showed us around the property, and we felt at home. Our stay was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return. »

« Room was very dirty with bugs. They looked like little roaches. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff members and they said it was just likely bugs from the ceiling lights. Absolutely not: I didn’t expect fine accommodations but the conditions of this room for the property rating was completely unfit. »

« I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay »

« Room was updated and very clean. My 7 year old kept saying how good it was. With that said, the hotel is old, and might appear sketchy to some from the outside. I gave it a chance, being that it was 3-4x cheaper than things available in College Station and we literally only needed a place to sleep for 8 hours. « I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes calling the office trying to do late check in and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Ended up having to get another hotel room from different hotel. Called the next morning to get a refund and was told that they needed to speak to a manger and would call me right back. Never got a call back. »
