« This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was meticulously well thought out was just gorgeous and perfect. An absolute 5 star establishment. « Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. »

« We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year! »

« Location is superb. Pool was nice, we did pay extra to have it heated. It did require constant cleaning from leaves. Home was as listed, however, we checked in to find all trash cans full therefore nowhere to place our trash. Then trash pickup was delayed and no resolution was offered except to store trash in laundry area. Communication with the manager was timely and thorough. »
