« We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! « We got to stay at this property and use it as a great post wedding brunch for a few of our family members. It was one of the best decisions we made about the wedding because we got to reconnect with so many of our friends post wedding day! « Great communication ahead of time. But then never received code for door (had to call) and never received WiFi (had to message). I guess the description is accurate and I did not read closely enough. There is no living room area. (Chair in kitchen. Chair in bedroom.) Instead there is a 6 seat dining room table in a large room between bedroom and kitchen which made no sense as it’s a very small apt. « Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back. »
