„We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality.
