„Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background. „The location was excellent. We walked to restaurants and entertainment every night. The unit we had was very dimly lit. One hall light and 3 of 4 lamps worked but had low wattage bulbs. The dresser and closet were both full of owner's stuff. Don't lose your card key or you will be charged 10.00! The Sapphire is a great facilty, but the unit we had was not.“

„My wife and I stayed for eight weeks from mid December to Mid February, 2023.
Pros: great view, clean, easy check in, very little bugs.
Cons: very loud noise from planes from 7am - 8PM.
Music is very loud at Sandbar and Mykonos. Mykonos has loud techno music till 3am on weekends, can't sleep, noise from the stressed out animals below from all the noise. It took three weeks to get a toilet paper holder, cook top was broken, microwave was broken and replaced with small one in Spanish(not dutch or ...

„Absolut traumhaft! direkt am wundervollen Strand der Simpson Bay! Auch das Hotel-Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Davon abgesehen ein Paradies für Planespotter mit Dachterrassen direkt neben der Startbahn. Fluglärm ist nur bedingt ein Thema, da Nacht praktisch keine Flüge stattfinden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert, Parkplätze gibt es genug.“
