Hotel Luanshya

« Great place! I’m thoroughly impressed. It exceeded my expectations. Well done to the staff. They are super professional. »

« I booked for my parents they really enjoyed. Two or more night will be great for them next time. To have time to enjoy the swimming pool as well. »

« Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay, which was booked through Hotels.com. While Hotels.com is generally a reliable platform, my experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful due to poor handling of payment verification and communication. Upon arrival for check-in, I was asked to wait for over one hour while the hotel attempted to confirm my payment. Despite presenting clear proof of payment, I was repeatedly asked to provide...

« Bon hotel avec un prix abordable dans un quartier très calme, reposant, situé non loin de la ville ni des lieux a visiter. Ils doivent améliorer le petit déjeuner qui est souvent insuffisant du fait que a partir de 9h il y a risque de ne plus rien trouver comme petit déjeuner. A part ça, le reste c'est impeccable. »

« Vraiment un + pour logé.... »

« Good Day, please note that we did not even book into your lodge. Just arriving at the reception was a great shock, the number of males sitting around and making comments. Made me want too just leave, asked to see the room and that was another shock. Dirty bug running around the room and on the bed. No this is unacceptable, to all travelers please do not even waste your time to book this lodge. Very Very Bad »

« Tout a ete vraiment bien. Ils m ont aide a booker les taxis a artir d une alication yango, bon marche vraiment.! »

« Rooms are ok, staff are helpful and friendly. Some work needed on some features of the hotel to make it more appealing. Food is amazing . It’s cross to town »

« These things were described as available at this property but in fact we’re not available at all: Air conditioning WiFi Restaurant Convenience store/shop Plus confusion when we departed about payment - it was paid online through Orbitz but the staff there did not understand that. »

« We were welcomed to the lodge by super friendly staff. They were extremely helpful on our quest to explore Ndola and we ended up having such a great time with the people at the lodge that they became our friends and they were the absolute high point of our visit to the Copperbelt region. All in all the place was clean, nice and the only thing we missed was a mosquito net. We would definitely recommend everyone going to Ndola to stay at Chabanga Lodge. Greetings from Signe and Niclas from...
