Außergewöhnlich
Zimmer gigantisch groß, vor allem hoch. Früherer Check-in kein Problem. Im Haus absolut ruhig, lediglich Geräusche von der Straße früh morgens (Straßenreinigung).
Ho soggiornato nella camera Bohème, bellissima! Sembrava di essere in un castello del 1400 ma con tutte le comodità moderne. Ottima accoglienza e colazione. L'albergo è situato in posizione centrale, all'interno delle mura di Lucca, quindi ideale per chi voglia visitare la città. Se proprio devo trovare un appunto...in quella camera, il wifi funzionava con molta difficoltà, nel resto dell'albergo invece nessun problema. Comodo anche se si vuole uscire la sera: viene lasciato il codice di accesso, così si è pienamente autonomi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Highly recommend this beautiful history boutique hotel for your stay in wonderful Lucca. it is very small and personalized service. Common areas and our room were very uniquely designed, furnished and decorated. All features are historic but modern. The location is perfectly centered for exploring Lucca. The only downside is that if you are driving there is not parking nearby and it is somewhat hard to get to the hotel and load and unload your vehicle. We decided on departure to just take a cab to the parking garage rather than drive the car to load up at the hotel.
