Der Self-Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Bett war für mich ziemlich hart und ich konnte die TV-Fernbedienung nicht finden. Abgesehen davon ist es für den Preis ok, keine Katastrophe.

Selfchecking hat funktioniert, Lage ist sehr zentral. Leider hat der Lift in den 5ten Stock nicht funktioniert. Es ist eine eher enge Wendeltreppe. Das Zimmer war eine Sauna (sehr stickig und ultra warm) Musste daher die Fenster offen haben, um etwas Luft zu kriegen. Die Leute in den Gassen und die stündliche Kirchenglocke haben mich daher beim Schlafen gestört.

Lage super, self Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, Hotel war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, per Zufall den Hotelbesitzer angetroffen, welcher uns dann weiterhelfen konnte. Zimmer erscheint schmuddelig und es roch komisch. Geruch auch nich mit ausreichend Lüften zu entfernen. Für eine Übernachtung aber ok.

Eine Deckenhöhe knapp unter 2m und Dachschräge auf der Hälfte des Zimmers. Nach Maßstäben deutschen Wohnraums nicht 18, sondern unter 9 qm, Jedenfalls war in meinem Zimmer kaum die Hälfte der Fläche nutzbar. In der Dusche Kopf einziehen. Für Menschen bis ca. 1,70 oder 1,75m vielleicht ok.

The hotel is exceptionally placed in the old town of Lucerne, with an excellent bakery 10 m away. Unfortunately, it’s not suited to heat waves. The fan was tiny and windows opened to a noisy, hourly church bell ringing square. So if you really need sleep, book somewhere with aircon. The self check in was efficient, but any further emails regarding broken showers and fridges went unanswered.

The lobby is a restaurant with worn dirty rug. The self check-in didn’t work and I paper posted on box said to ask a restaurant employee. The room was extremely dirty. The floors were blackened and there wasn’t even handsoap. The shower had mold around the bottom and splatter is some sort on the walls. The bed was a 3” foam mattress w 2 twin blankets laid out like sleeping bags on the king bed. There was a small fan in the room but we had to close the windows due to large drunk people outside of the hotel past midnight. Dirty dirty dirty hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. However, the room we got was very small and stuffy all the time, but that is only because there is no AC and it was hot outside. It would be perfect for a solo traveler, two at most. The room had small windows that you can open, but the view was blocked by another building (not all of the rooms have this view). You could hear when people walked up the stairs outside the room and the people staying above us. Overall, it was not a bad experience for a two night stay.

There is someone to assist in check-in if you arrive during the day. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs to reach the elevator. We were focused on value and location, and Hotel Le Stelle delivered. When I had to go back to retrieve a forgotten item after check in, there was a process in place for that, even without someone on property, which was great! A couple of things to be aware of: 1. The sign is the same color as the wall, so it can be hard to spot. 2. Taxis won’t drop off/pick up right at the hotel due to its location in a pedestrian area. If you have lots of bags, this means hauling your luggage further.

Good spot in town but it was loud. They were doing construction first thing in the morning. Room was hot. You couldn’t cool it down until the sun went down and the bathroom was leaking water under the toilet. Not to mention there was no soap to wash your hands. not my favorite place I’ve stayed in the city. Will be going elsewhere next time.

The self check in was a seamless process. The location is great and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, the shower head was awful, you can’t shower hands free, there’s nowhere to put your soap bottles and the water leaked out everywhere into the the bedroom floor so it was wet everywhere! You can also hear the ringing bell from a nearby church at night. There is a lift in the hotel but it is very slow so be aware you might need an extra few minutes to wait for it.

Property is in older building. Self checkin was ok but makes you feel like your at Mac Donald’s. lift for bags was extremely small and did not go to ground floor and stairs are narrow and tight. Room was small even for Europe, there was a fridge which was nice. Was a one night stop over and was fine for that duration.

I guess the self checkin is a new concept for us. There was no one to talk to! But once you checkin then the rooms are well equipped with stuff, they are clean. Only annoying thing was the floors were very squeaky. The restaurant at the hotel entrance serves good Asian food. Location of the hotel was fantastic. Overall happy with the stay at Le Stelle

we had a little problem with the check in, but restaurant staff was very kind and helped us. The room is perfect. The only problem was that we were 3 minutes late to check out (it was raining and it took us a while to plan the route ) and the housekeeping was very angry and was rude.
