« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »
« I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of items. Service staff was unbelievably professional and helpful. Not to mention the most gorgeous mall directly across the street. If my travels ever find me in Lucknow again, I will 100% stay here. »
« I had a very pleasant day in this hotel the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I used the pool, which was clean. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were helpful. The main problems are maintenance and cleanliness. The carpets were filthy and need to be dry cleaned. »
