„The staff is very welcoming and especially proactive in offering help. This makes the stay as a customer more comfortable and smooth. The double room is spacious and has a good bed. The pillows are both in a harder style, so I would advise to do one pillow harder and one softer, because I couldn't sleep with them. „Banda Lodge is good in the quality of the place. It is in good shape and the Banda's have a good living quality. The staff is there when someone ask for them. What has to get better with the staff is that the proactively behaviour needs to improve. Service needs good prediction of the customers needs so the customers feels cared.“
