"Clean with comfortable beds. Everything we needed in kitchen. Beautiful setting on SantaFe River. Grandchildren loved swimming in the river and kayaks. Enjoyed kayaking up to Sunbeam Springs. Great location for visiting Hart Springs, Fanning Springs, Troy Springs and Itchatucknee."
