The first room was dirty. Stains on the bedsheet and a curly hair. Bad smell in the room. We had to change the room. Room was closed to the elevator and it was very loud. In the breakfast area three tables in a row were not clean. It was dirty on the floor. Nobody real cared about that from service. ...

Very nice, the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect when it's 35 outside and the breakfast buffet was really good and so many options 😋 We will be back!
