The house was perfect. A home away fromHome. My family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at Faithbrooke Barn and Vineyard. We loved learning about the history of the house and it has everything you need - including lots of games and dvds. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is close to everything in Luray - especially the Caverns. The decks and outdoor living space are fabulous. We would definitely love to stay there again. Many happy memories.

Bathrooms updated which was great just wish there was one on the top floor. Rooms were small especially the one that barely fits the full size bed but it was fine. We had babies so not a lot of trim to crawl around but we brought out playpen. We would have loved to enjoy the outside area but weather was not good. The deck areas were nice. Quiet area which was nice and could walk everywhere

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this charming house! You can feel the love this house has held over the years with your first step in the door. My husband and I took our 4 kids (18 to 8 years old) for the weekend and spent a day kayaking with nearby Shenandoah River Outfitters. We celebrated a birthday out and sending our oldest to college this week with a little trip to West Main Market Brewery, Rancho Viejo Mexican Restaurant and Flotzie’s Soft Serve. The house was so cozy to come home to and just relax together. The morning after we all hit the salt water hot tub to relax and we left after less than 48 hours feeling deeply rejuvenated! Kelli was an awesome host and really made us feel welcome with her communication. We will definitely be back!

The house is located close to down down and caverns. Kitchen is stocked beyond belief! Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, baking sheets. Multiple crockpots, cooking utensils. Spices you wouldnt believe. Flour, sugar. All kinfs of gadgets for wine and mixec drinks! The decks outside were amazing, it was just too miserably hot to be outside to enjoy them. The description in vrbo is pretty açcurate. It is an older house and us all being older could really appreciate what they had done during renovations to retain that character.

Wonderful Stay for a Special Occasion

We stayed at this lovely property in Luray as a group of six while celebrating our daughter’s graduation in Harrisonburg, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – a great fit for our group.The large deck and hot tub were definite highlights and gave us a perfect place to relax in the evenings. The location was also ideal – close to Luray Caverns, a nice local park, and just a short drive from downtown. It made for a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located.The host was responsive and thoughtful, and everything was just as described, if not better. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home.Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay near Luray or Harrisonburg. We’d absolutely come back!

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family! The location was wonderful...walking distance to the caverns, coffee shop, pond and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. We even got to hear a concert from the Singing Tower, which was really special! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the host even had firewood waiting for us. Everything was clean and in good working order. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A Gem of a Find!

This charming home did not disappoint! The house is well appointed with everything you may need. We could easily walk to the Luray Caverns. After whatever activities we chose to do for the day, we could sit out on the really nice two level newly built deck and then enjoy the salt water hot tub! We look forward to going back. I highly recommend it! Homeowner was really easy to work with.

Perfect location

We chose the house as we had a party of 7 and planned to visit the nearby caverns. The house was in the perfect location. The hot tub stopped working and Kelli was very responsive and took care of it immediately. The house has a beautiful outside desks with so many seating options. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay there again.

Lovely Getaway!

My college besties rented this property to spend a weekend catching up and relaxing. Perfect location, lots of amenities, and an amazing deck/hot tub. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway in a delightful little town.

Great little house!

The house was great. It would have been even better if one bathroom was on the 2nd floor and bigger. The deck was beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful and clean! We were disappointed that we couldn't use the screened in porch, but the wasps took it over. Close to the caverns , but walking across a 4 lane highway wasn't for us, so we drove the less than 5 minute drive.. We really enjoyed our time in Luray.

Family wedding

We visited Luray for a family wedding and found this place to suit our needs. The location was convenient. **Pros:** - Responsive hosts - Great location - Ample outdoor space with a relaxing spa jacuzzi - Fully stocked kitchen with spices - Cozy atmosphere - Fantastic coffee bar - Washer/dryer units - Clean bathrooms with good shower pressure **Cons:** The Beds Unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is essential, but we struggled to get comfortable. The sheets were old and not very clean, with bleach spots visible. Additionally, the beds squeaked with every movement, waking up my spouse and making it hard to rest. Investing in new beds or repairing the beds and new bedding would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Luray at Home

This was a warm and cozy country home with a fabulous deck for entertaining. Everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal was available in the kitchen (except the food). Loved the upstairs screened in porch. Location was within walking distance to Luray Singing Tower and the Luray Caverns. Stores nearby. Just an absolute lovely place to spend a vacation.

The Luray House

The house was clean and welcoming. The back porch and hot tub were brand new additions that we didnt expect, so a big plus to our enjoyment. There were outside and inside games that the children played with. The house was located on a quiet road.

Lovely House

The house was in a nice area and easy to get to all attractions. We had a bit of a hiccup with check-in, but it was all good and Kelli was very accommodating. Everything was clean and the new deck and jacuzzi were amazing! I would very much like to come back within the next year to visit the area with more family. It’s beautiful and there are more places I’d like to visit and revisit some others. I would not hesitate to rent here again. Thank you for everything!

Luray house

Cute house. Amazing location! Lots of outdoor seating, shade, firepit, sheep that like to be petted. Super close to Luray attractions but seperate road so not busy. Had an issue in the beginning, messaged seller, they responded immediately. Good communication, very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Awesome charging station in laundry room. Air mattress for extra sleeping space beyond what was advertised.
