„I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.“

„I did not stay at the hotel and requested for a refund. I have written to Expedia about this but nothing is been done. I went to the property to check in and was given a room full of dust, with brown water coming from the taps. The water had a strong smell and the tap in the tab bath could not work. I reported the issue to staff and asked if it's possible to get a refund as I could not stay in a room where water was a problem. I was told a refund is not easy & has to be done through Expedia. „Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms, with everything needed. Nice and good located place to stay in Lusaka. We stayed there only 2 nights on the way to a rural sambian town. The staff was very helpful in organizing everything we needed for the trip, we also enjoyed some very nice chats about the country, culture and anything else. It was a pleasure!“
