« We had a lovely stay here, the staff are friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious & clean, we had a nice big bed & decent amenities, the floor was creaky but that’s to be expected for an old building. Parking was easy and free right behind the building. Lots of nice shops & restaurants all in walking distance. We would happily stay here again and are already planning our next stay in Amersham. »

« Everything was great. The people, the place, the room. Everything spot on and to top it off my first drink was free. So sat in the sunshine with a nice drink mid afternoon. Will stay again. Need to try the food next time. »

« L'hotel était assez calme malgré le rue passante. La jeune femme à la réception était très accueillante ce qui est appréciable. La chambre avait beaucoup de charme. Seul bémol: la largeur du passage pour accéder dans la cour intérieure (parking)trop petite. Il a donc fallu se garer dans la rue. Très satisfaite du séjour »

« Nice place. Food was good also. Staff friendly. Stayed in room 4. Not a lot of choice on the TV so went to a couple of pubs in the area. Ate in the hotel and food was lovely. Breakfast was also good. »

« Absolutely charming place located in Hertfordshire at about 1 hour from London. Lovely people will welcome you. You'll be able to enjoy drinks and food as the place serves as the local pub and restaurant. »

« We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. « superbe hotel dans la campagne avec un très bon restaurant! On a eu une chambre avec baignoire jacouzzi, très appreciable. le seul bemol est qu'il n'est pas très bien isolé et on entendait un peu la route. Heureusement il est situé vraiment en campagne et il n'y a pas beaucoup de bruit. Donc cela ne nous a pas empeché de dormir »
