This 50 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern residence with an elevator in Cessange, a quiet residential area close to the Cloche d'Or district. It sleeps two guests.

The covered balcony with lounge seating looks out over the neighbourhood, a pleasant spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink.



🛋️ Living Area

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV, with large windows opening onto the balcony.



🍳 Kitchen and Dining

The long, fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The large wooden dining table seats guests for meals and doubles as extra workspace.



🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm) with an upholstered headboard, a large wardrobe, and blackout curtains with blinds for a good night's sleep. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathroom

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, with towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.



💻 Workspace and Longer Stays

A work desk and Wi-Fi make it practical for business trips. A washer and dryer are available in the building's shared laundry room, and central heating keeps the apartment warm in winter.



📍 Location and Getting Around

A large supermarket is on the ground floor of the building, and the bus stop is about a minute's walk away, with buses reaching the central train station in around 5 minutes. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

Parking is not included. The intercom cannot open the main entrance door for visitors, so guests need to let visitors in downstairs. There is no air conditioning.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, plus the building's shared laundry room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The keys are collected from a lockbox at the mailboxes in the lobby, and step-by-step instructions and check-in videos are in your Guest Area.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Cessange, a quiet, safe residential area of Luxembourg City close to the Cloche d'Or business and shopping district. A large supermarket is in the building itself, and the bus stop a minute away connects to the central train station and the city centre.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is about a minute's walk away, with buses reaching Luxembourg's central train station in around 5 minutes and continuing to the city centre. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 minutes away by car or taxi, depending on traffic. Parking is not included. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys.
