« Lors de notre arrivée à midi la chambre n’est pas prête , on nous informe qu’elle le sera à 14h.nous allons manger au resto de l’hôtel. A 14h la chambre n’est pas prête , 1H d’attente dans le lobby. On nous donne une chambre en compensation dans le nouvel édifice qui a une belle piscine neuve. Les options de resto sont limitées. Accès au parc aquatique gratuitement, idéal avec des enfants. »

« Far away from El Nido, good if you are looking for a cheap accommodation. Don’t ask them anything, there is no follow up. We have asked to get a lift from the ferry terminal but they didn’t provide anything. We have to find something on our own. No diner available and breakfast is average. Good will but it’s not enough. »

« The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

« The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty. »
