Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was not as pleasant, the woman checking us in seemed bothered by our arrival, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. « It was graduation weekend so I desperately needed a place to stay. I knew this was not a four star hotel but I believe basic things could have been better i.e. clean (sheets, floor, bathtub). Room was not serviced everyday. The breakfast was good however. For the price I paid $408.66 per night (I stayed 3 nights), it should have been better. The bed was comfortable though which at least was a saving grace. »

« While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....

« We have loved this property for over a decade, and it never fails. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Pet friendly and the staff are wonderful. It's one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the world. »

« Expedia definitely priced gouged! We were in town for college graduation weekend and paid $6k for two nights, 3 rooms. The hotel was older one room the wallpaper was falling off the wall, side lamp busted, another room tile in bathroom missing lots of dirt around bottom of shower glass. The rooms normally would have been around $1200 total so what expecia charged since it was graduation weekend should be illegal! The hotel staff was great but it needs real maintenance.
