„This Motel was what I expected for the price. It's a great place if you need to crash for one night and have a hot shower. The area is quiet, however; there was quite a bit of noise in the room above 113. The room had a strong smell of fragrance. The double bed was ok. The decor is outdated. Again, not fancy at all but serves the purpose for a brief stay. No office staff after 6pm. Ample parking. The room looks exactly like the advertised photos. “

„The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down.“

„We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious. A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though ...

Ice machine room was flooded. Checked out day early and was told I would get the remaining time refunded but never did. Jiggar the manger was super nice but the other staff was not.“

„The property is in need of updating. The check in staff was welcoming, but the morning staff the next day wasn't as cordial. The room provided a place to sleep for one night, which is all that I really needed. But the carpet had tears/ runs, the pillows were worn out, the veneer on the door to the bathroom was coming off, and the toilet set was broken where it attached.“

„I enjoyed my stay at the Home2suite Hilton. However, I travel with 2 outfits to change daily, and I had to purchase hangers. I brought k-cups for the specific brand of coffee I drink. The coffee maker that the suite has is for pods only.. I had to go out and purchase coffee..Other than those 2 small details I enjoyed my stay.. I would definitely recommend it.“
