Anthony Decoste, hello.What a surprise to read your comment.All our customers are very satisfied with the services we offer, just as you seemed to be when you left.Your Suite is fully equipped, including a washing machine and a drying rack. It is not indicated dryer, because that of your Suite is out of order for the moment. Just use your drying rack, no need to go to a laundromat. I do not understand why you are disappointed not to have been able to use the dryer when you saw that there was none.You have booked the Le Loft Suite and indeed you are lucky enough to have two bathrooms. Standing use is not suitable as it is two tubs, not two showers. Our customers appreciate finding bathtubs which is rather rare.For the lock problem we intervened the next day (you warned us on Monday which was a public holiday). We tried to fix the problem but had to try twice. In any case, you were completely safe and could lock your door, I don't understand what could have disappointed you. Technical problems happen in all houses and in all establishments. What is important is the responsiveness, which was total on our part.Despite your remarks, I hope that you took full advantage of your stay in Europe and that you enjoyed the pleasures of our beautiful city of Lyon.Take care of yourself.Jean-CharlesMHL - Maison Hotel Lyon
