« Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!
A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker! »

« Wow!! What an amazing hotel to stay at. From our arrival to our departure we were well looked after. The staff were cheerful and most helpful. The cleanliness was was second to none. Breakfast choice was plentiful and the cooked option was very tasty.We would highly recommend this hotel. »

« Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central. »

« Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful, a travel cot was provided for my baby and my bed was very comfortable, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. The hosts were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very family friendly! I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to anyone 👌 »

« Cliff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Space for parking on site was a real bonus in such a central location. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had vegetarian options. The food was red hot on arrival which is a lovely treat compared to larger hotels with buffet style breakfasts. We will certainly go back if we visit Southport again. »
