« BED BUGS!! we found multiple bed bugs in our room. Each room is hit or miss we had to change rooms thru our stay due to lack of cleanliness and when we brought up the bed bug and showed staff we were only refunded for the night we didn't stay. »

« Booked this for grandkids to swim. They couldn’t because there was a sign. On the door saying the pool was taking a spa day. The heater stopped working. Otherwise hotel was great. »

« The room smelled and there were stains on walls. Staff allowed me to see the room before committing. The chemicals used burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. Left and was told I would not be billed. That means you have my money. I requested a refund through the chat and was led to believe I would get a response within 24 hours. You failed! Will not use you again. And will tell it on social media outlets as well as everyone I know. No thank you. »

« Clean rooms & pleasant staff »

« The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The room had a very stale/musty smell and the bathroom needed some extra cleaning. Loud neighbors decided to smoke right outside our door at all hours of the night so that put a damper on the trip. Overall, it's worth what you pay. »

« Parking easy, food nearby »

« It was clean, the staff was friendly but unfortunately they advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually double mattresses on a queen platform. Another patron said the same thing. With that said, it wasn’t great sleep with my wife and I and our boys in the other bed. I’d definitely think twice before staying at a Tru Hilton. This was our first time staying in one and didn’t sit well with my wife on the size of bed as she has back issues. The staff were great and friendly, the amnesties...

« Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and breakfast was one of the better that we’ve had in a hotel. They also had a coffee bar available all day. »
