It was ok, not more not less
It was ok. There are no umbrellas for the sun at the beach, which is inconvenient as the sun is very heavy. The room was really nice. We had a balcony with view to the city. The service of the staff from the restaurant were great. Especially Shaun was really nice and friendly. The staff at the reception was very friendly, but.... They have not informed us in our last day that a PCR test was required for our next resort. Even though the resort has informed them. This cause us a huge issue later, as the resort did not accept us. The food was just ok. I don't recommend booking with all inclusive or including dinner. For this extra price, you can get much better dinner dishes in other restaurants. The swimming pool is beautiful, but.. it's all direct sun. Not a single place with shade, this could be easy fix with a few sun umbrellas ... But they don't have. There are many tours that you can do in Maafushi, with very good prices. The local restaurants are great, especially The Octopus.

“Pleasant Stay.” Positive Points: 1. Amazing view from the balcony (top floor). 2. Wonderful location (travel-friendly crowd). 3. ⁠Staffs of the restaurant were well-trained. Negative Points: 1. The difference of the room rate from one website to another (or direct rate from the property) is huge. 2. ⁠Staffs of the reception should be professional.

お正月に夫婦で2泊利用いたしました これと言った問題もなく快適に過ごせました ベッドの向きがビーチに向いており快適でした バスローブ、スリッパもたすかりました ハンガーの数を増やしていただけると尚よいです 屋上のインフィニティプールは小さいですが、 楽しめます お世話になりました

Staff is amazing, helpful and very attentive: it was wonderful experience staying there. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and we went on 4 excursions with Kaani team and everything was fantastic! Well organized, on time, and again, wonderful staff! Certainly recommend.

We stayed here for 9 nights, celebrating our 20th anniversary! PROS: staff - some staff members (Karim in the restaurant) go above and beyond, excursions were fantastic - we done snorkeling with sharks and the turtles, both were brilliant, the staff running these excursions are amazing and do absolutely everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience, a la carte dining is exceptional, pool, spa etc were all great, I'd recommend having a massage while you're here. CONS: our bedding was not changed once, housekeeping was quite basic, our room was tiny (city view 2905) as was the balcony-not the room shown on expedia, the minute you arrive you're bombarded with excursion options - which were massively oversubscribed, the shower pressure in our room was a poor, there was a terrible smell, we asked them to look at this and they sent someone up who turned it on and said its ok and left. Whilst out one night a storm hit, on return to our room there was puddles of water on the ledge above the bed, mattress, bedding was soaked, maintenence came up climbed outside and pointed out where water was coming in, said they'd sort it, but no mention of wet bed, my husband said no this was the last straw we want moved, the boy that came to take us to the new room was really rude basically indicating we'd done it! New room was huge, shower pressure perfect, huge balcony and the same as on expedia! We did have a great time, its a lovely hotel and we'd come back.

本来のモルディブとはまったく雰囲気は異なるが、マーフシで安くきれいな部屋に長期滞在したいならアリかも
海外約30回、モルディブ8回目、マーフシ初めての感想です。 【部屋・設備】 建物は新しいのですが設備は非力。熱いシャワーは出たことはありませんでした。初めの20秒はお湯ですが、すぐ水に。滞在中ずっと寒い思いをしていました。 部屋内は広めできれい。ただ海に面した部屋を予約したのですが1階(日本で言う2階)、目の前は観光客用ビーチでヤシの木に遮られ、夜までホテル前の地元民の声が響くうるさい部屋でした。また床は滑りやすくとても危険。 最上階のインフィニティープールはGood。ベストポジションを長時間自撮りで独り占めする客もいてちょっと閉口。最大十数人でいっぱいの小ささなので仕方無しか。朝イチが空いていて写真を撮るなら順光できれい。 【食事】 二食付きプランで朝夕ともビュッフェ形式。味はまあまあといったところ。その場で作ってくれるオムレツは美味。モルディブではどこも同じですが、魚・チキンはパサパサ。夕食がプランに含まれていない場合は20ドル。隣のアリーナホテルのビュッフェは18ドルで品数も多くサラダ・デザートも充実。ライブキッチンも有り。ただアリーナのレストランはビーチ上のセミオープンエア。いつも席は満員で席間もなくゆっくり食事する雰囲気ではありません。マナーを守らない中国人団体客が多く一回行っただけでやめました。その点カーニパームのレストランはゆったりしたレイアウトで清潔、落ち着いていました。レストラン前にはオンザビーチのオープンエアエリアテーブルもあり。ウエイターも落ち着いた感じで親切で好感が持てました。食事内容を取るか雰囲気を取るかお好みで。 【アクティビティー】 チェックイン前にオプショナルツアーを熱心に勧誘されます。その後滞在中も頻繁に声を掛けられます。 サメと泳いだり沈船ポイントで泳いだりするツアーに参加してみましたが最悪でした。カーニグループホテル客全員が一緒になるので、ボートは激混み。座席では隣の人と体が密着するぐらいに詰め込まれました。スピードボートですが長距離移動なので、実際のアクティビティーの時間よりボート移動の時間のほうが長いです。 また、ヨーロピアンのゲストが多いのですが泳ぎが下手で海で遊ぶのに慣れておらず、また殆どが肥満体型なのでボートからのはしごを使ってのエントリーやエグジットに時間がかかり、ヨーロピアンゲスト以外は長時間待たされます。少しでも風があると船は揺れて船酔いする人が出るので海の状況が良くないときは参加を見送ったほうが賢明かと。 リゾート島のアクティビティーに比べるとたしかに安いですが内容もそれなりです。天気に恵まれ参加ゲストが少なければいいかも知れません。 参加中の写真(水中)をGoProで無料で撮ってくれるサービスはGoodです。サンドバンクに上陸して簡単なランチがありますが、その際、波打ち際を歩いたりするシーンをグループやペア単位でドローン撮影してくれるサービスも15$であり。 【スタッフ】 フロントに何でも相談に乗ってくれるスタッフがいますが日本語は通じません。 【全体の印象】 マーフシ島が観光客を受け入れ始めてまだ十数年。とりあえず客室をハイスピードで増やそうとしています。それに設備の面で設計やキャパが追いついていないようです。蛇口や換気扇設備不具合は滞在中自力で直しました。 サービスは洗練されてなく「リピーターを育てよう」ではなく「とにかく客数を抱え込んでさばいたもの勝ち」を肌で感じます。 他のリゾート島を知らず、安くモルディブに行きたいなら選択肢のひとつではあります。

I have just returned to Canada after my stay at Palm beach hotel. I had a great vacation thanks to the efforts of the Palm beach staff and especially Magic (ask for him). The room was clean and the food was good. I tried almost all the excusrions they had and I was very happy that I gave it a try as I enjoyed every single one ( Hasan will take amazing pictures of you ). I strongly recommand this hotel.

It was probably the best hotel for the amount of money we paid. Its definitely not luxurious or anything. There is no AC except in the hotel room. The food buffet is terrible, wet bread, rice and chicken every day. The breakfast doesn't even have real bread, ham and cheese or anything like that. Its better to just book the hotel and eat in the restaurants right next to it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Great Property poor staff focus - Customer Service
Great property for an open island stay Excellent location with options for sports activities and restaurants very close to the hotel The hotel has its private beach, well maintained & great view from the hotel Customer service needs a complete revisit. Due to the dominant position of Kaani Palm hotel, staff only focused on add-on sales but not focused on customer service. Poor communication skills lead to staff becoming too argumentative and over-explaining why requests or services can not be provided rather than helping customers. Issues faced: - When we booked almost 3 month+ early, we requested all 3 rooms to be next to each other. No acknowledgment at the time of check-in and the staff explained too long why the request is a request and should not have expected it to be honored rather than look for it. - Poor check-in experience since it took almost half an hour for the front desk to check in as they fumbled over each other to check in. - The TV did not work for 3 days (in our 3 rooms booked) and none of the staff solved it after continuous complaints each day. (Probably this is because each connection cost money and staff was not interested to hence solve it) - Specific office staff (Kadir) assigned for our 3 rooms- once he got the tip after dropping our first day. Only checked once for booking excursions but any issue was reported he just ignored We used iCom company (close to resort) for transportation and water excursions (much cheaper & excellent)

However Needless to say that we were left puzzled when we saw your comment on our page about the service generally acclaimed by our guests. It is always appreciated to have sincere feedback from our guests’ overall hotel experience. Answering the point · Same floor rooms requirement o Please note we are trying our best to accommodate the special requests and due to high occupancy we couldn’t allocate your three rooms are next to each other. but to make you satisfy we have allocated 02 rooms next to each other(room numbers was 1604 and 1605 ) and we must admit that we place a lot of effort into providing superior service to all our guests at all times, but after reading your feedback we understand regretfully that there have been some abnormalities which we are unable to make satisfied even after our best effort. · The TV did not work for 3 days (in our 3 rooms booked) and none of the staff solved it after continuous complaints each day. (Probably this is because each connection cost money and staff was not interested to hence solve it) – o As a group of hotels, we fulfilled all the facilities which supposed to have. We Please note we are based on an island and might be a weather problem and we can provide an only a limited number of channels for all our guest rooms .also as you have requested we are unable to provide all the TV channels with including your room charges with free of cost. The specific office staff (Kadir) was assigned for our 3 rooms- once he got the tip after dropping our first day. • Needless to say that we were left puzzled when we saw this and giving tips are not mandatory. we are treating all our guests equally and regret to inform you that we are unable to give special treatment as you required because of tips. Transportation and water excursions are much cheaper outside · We hope you have chosen Kaani Hotels for your overnight stay due to the quality of service, and safety, after reading customer feedback and the environment. Also as always, Kaani follows the standard and safety of all our guests and I believe you cannot compare our quality of service with other companies. Anyhow, we are there to serve you when you come back to Maafushi.

I really the hotel, it is in front of the best beach on the island (bikini beach), food is okay and Tours are fun. The hotel is very small but well maintained. Rooms are medium size and very clean and comfortable beds. Drinking bottle Waters given everyday. Staff is very nice, helped to get my luggage from the airport the next day. Area is nice, whole are is safe to walk at night. The island is very small and can see it all in 20 mins. Kaani hotels are a chain with few hotel in the island, next to each other. I have stayed in another one before but this one is defiantly worth paying the extra money. I really recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I come back. I would probably do tours and meals outside just because are cheaper but the hotel has the convenience of having it right there without leavings the property.

Hotel maravilhoso e equipe muito simpatica
Chegamos no aeroporto de Male bem cedo e tivemos que esperar pela lancha rápida. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos staffs do Hotel, principalmente Michael Jackson e Mohamed (que foi super atencioso durante os passeios!).Infelizmente não foi possível um early check in mas aguardamos na recepção que é bem confortavel.Ficamos no quarto com vista para o mar e a higiene foi impecavel. Esqueci o nome do querido que arrumou nosso quarto todos os dias (quarto 2601). Quarto espaçoso e com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. Sem palmeiras na frente. Todos da equipe são muito simpáticos e agradaveis! Um parabens duplo para as meninas do restaurante e da recepção que nos acolheram tão bem! Os passeios realizados pela equipe do Kaani são imbativeis! Façam todos. Uma dica: levem sapatilhas para entrar no mar pois a praia do hotel possui muitas pedras na hora da entrada. O único problema que notei não somente no hotel mas em toda ilha foi a questão de alimentos mais frescos. O café da manhã do hotel é bom mas repetitivo. A comida é mais com características indianas então se acostumem com masala e curry! Mas tudo muito bem preparado! Dica de comida fora do hotel: Mamma Mia, Moonlight (ótimo para o jantar). Os serviços sao pontuais. Cheguem cedo na praia do hotel pois as espreguiçadeiras acabam rapido. Obrigada a toda equipe Kanni Palm Beach!

Le séjour s'est bien passé, hôtel récent et donc en bel état. Chambre spacieuse, Personnel vraiment agréable, et nourriture dans l'ensemble correcte. Deux bémols toutefois, concernant la petite taille de la bikini beach ou l'on se retrouve des 11h les uns sur les autres... et le petit déjeuner ou on ne trouve ni fruits, ni yaourts ...

Relaxing, comfortable holiday on a lovely island
I chose this hotel initially because most of the other hotels were either booked or charging exorbitant rates. I wanted a comfortable room with a beautiful view and was not disappointed. The customer service here was top notch and everyone was very friendly - especially Cherry (spelling?) who greeted us at the port. Everyone smiled and went out of their way to say hello, and many remembered my name after the first encounter. However, they also respected my privacy. The room was also clean, affordable and a very good bargain. The island is a dry island as there is a local populations, but I am not a drinker so didn't mind. I would stay here again, and recommend the hotel and island. They also ran some nice excursion tours with friendly and professional staff.

Très bien pour des vacances Pas de luxe!
Attention aux photos qui sont un peu trop retouchées sur le site. Si vous croyez arriver sur une île comme dans les cartes postales. Oubliez ! Et c’est comme ça sur quasi toutes les îles sauf peut être celles des milliardaire à une une en hydravion!qu on ne peut se payer La piscine vous fera un effet Whaouh car elle surplombe la baie. Par beau temps la plage pour nous en maillot est très belle et l’eau cristalline. Le sable est blanc. Mais il y’a que deux petites anses. On mange dans les hôtels et les petits resto du coin pour 7/8 dollar tête des nouilles sautées du riz du poulet curry. Très bonnes saveurs indiennes. Pleins de tours opérateurs le long de la plage pour excursion. Nager avec les raies les requins nourrices les requins baleine pic bic sur un banc de sable …de 30 a 75 dollar tête par excursion .Water sport jet parachute ascensionnel aussi disponible. Sinon les coraux sont morts aux Maldives. Et les atolls sont entrain de disparaître. Vous verrez souvent du sable près des îles pour les reremplir et éviter qu’ils disparaissent Tout est en contrusction pour agrandir… attention prenez une chambre vue mer OBLIGÉ la vue ville est à pleurer et demi Pension Concernant la religion, nous avons été bien accueillis, Peuple souriant et serviable.no stress vestimentaire.pour le vol du retour prenez un hôtel la veille sur l île d hulhumale celle où se situe l’aéroport pour éviter les déconvenues météo et annulation de bateau. Pour infoLa navette met 30 min hotel /Aeroport
