Kombination aus Wasservilla mit Pool erlaubt sehr viel Privatsphäre. Sunset Villa bevorzugt, Schnorcheln sehr gut, da es direkt von der Villa aus sehr viel zu sehen gibt. Allinclusiv Angebot mehr als erfüllt. Sehr gerne wieder

Hotel bom , comida boa Mas a distância atrapalha Pois tem que pegar um avião de Male pra koodoo e demorou ,perdemos 1 diária ,na chegada íamos chegar às 15:00 hora de entrar no hotel , mas com esse trajeto e atrasos chegamos às 8:30 da noite e na volta ia sair do hotel uma 9 Tivemos que sair às 3 da manhã

Gosh … how to put this? Being there the second time with my wife just made us fall in love even more with this place. The team is amazing especially Amandine from the dive center! She changed our marine lives with patience and will be her fan forever :) The island is spectacular with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The all inclusive option is to die for with delicious food in different restaurants. I can only suggest the sunset water villas because that’s where we stayed both times. Will definitely be there again. Thank you Pullman Maldives for another beautiful memory.

You won’t find a more perfect place anywhere in the world. Not only is the resort simply stunning but the attention to detail is second to none. They’re not wrong when they say they’re the most generous all - inclusive. Not only were all the restaurants in the resort included (even the fine dining a la carte) but premium drinks like Belvedere vodka and champagne were also free flowing. The facilities are first class and you’ll even be treated to a free experience such as a dive or hour long massage as well as an excursion like a sunset cruise - also included! The mini bar in the beautiful, luxurious and perfectly designed villas is replenished twice a day and has everything from spirits, beer and wine to soft drinks, luxury chocolates and nuts. We’ve honestly never experienced anything like this. The only negative is that no other holiday will ever match this!

We have stayed at several all inclusive places but this was the best by far in all categories. The food was excellent, the drinks were plentiful, the ‘experiences’ were amazing. They truly defined the all inclusive experience. I loved that it never felt like they were trying to up-charge you for anything. They had options to do so but it was at your own request never because they tried to sell you on something. It was so nice being able to try so many different things without buyers remorse. The activities that were included were fun and felt like you paid a lot for them as you would anywhere else but it was nice they were included! The worse part was getting to and from the island. The communication from Pullman about getting to the island to and from Male took just as long if not longer to fly from Europe. The wait times were miserable and for a 11am flight having to check out at 3am was ridiculous. It spoiled our almost perfect vacation and made it so we wouldn’t go back. It wasted 2 whole days of our vacation time and I’m not talking about including the big flights, just the flights and travel time from Male. I hope someday this can remedied so we can return.

Great location, excellent service, poorly designed
First of all, this is a COVID time review. We stayed for 14 nights. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, always-with-a-smile, going the extra mile. Everyone remembered our names after just a few days, the chefs remembered our preferences and would come to our table to ask whether they could adjust our food to our preferences even more (and they did!). The location is beautiful: the house reef is on the long side of the island, so there’s about 2-3h of swimming worth of reef drop with tons of turtles, reef sharks and rays, as well as some friendly lionfish. The diving sites are solid, but nothing crazy. The island itself is left very natural, they even have several jungle trails that make running an absolute pleasure. The all-inclusive is overall top-notch: all the food, all the drinks are included (and they are very solid, nothing fancy, but certainly all the options are there), and they throw in a few extras (depending on your stay length) like spa, diving, jet skis. That being said, the food quality isn’t mind-blowing, it’s not top-level all-inclusive quality. which is a shame, and of course it’s quite far from good a-la-carte. Also, I think in the first 7 nights we had already tried literally every dish at the resort, so more variety would be good. The design of the resort, however, is shockingly bad, which pretty much sums up the experience: the staff are brilliant, but senior management should get the boot.

Our Culinary team is surprised to hear that the quality of our food offerings did not meet your expectations. With a wide variety and generous offerings in 3 restaurants, we always receive rewarding feedback about our dishes. We are sorry that you experienced it otherwise and we would love to hear your further feedback on which areas the quality could be improved. The Executive Chef has noted on your comment in regards to the variety and will review the menu for long stayers accordingly. Unfortunately we cannot change the design of our resort as of yet, but we wish to humbly apologize for any inconvenient it has caused. Kindly note that our main restaurant Melange, is designed as a Live Interactive Cooking Station concept. It is not our main kitchen, as a lot of preparation work is done at the back of the house. The Live Cooking Interactive concept allows the Chefs to interact with the guests and prepare any preferences or requests ala minute. We sincerely apologize that you were not able to enjoy the activities you wished to join during your stay. Our activities and fine dining restaurants indeed need a booking in advance and we always advise our guests to plan accordingly when they arrive. Это наш 11-й отель на Мальдивах, с выбором не ошиблись, наслаждались каждым днём нашего отдыха! Отель занимает большой остров, грамотно встроен в природный ландшафт, максимально сохранены пальмы и деревья, очень много зелени - приватность вилл полная! В отеле система «все включено» - очень хорошая винная карта, потрясающие десерты и широкий ассортимент блюд разных кухонь мира. В ресторане мы постоянно были окружены заботой и вниманием прекрасных девушек Анна и Nisha. На ресепшн работает обаятельная Лаура, благодаря ей наш отдых стал ещё более волшебным!!! )) В целом, очень высоко рекомендуем Pullman hôtel для отдыха на Мальдивах! И не бойтесь трансфера, все максимально быстро и комфортно!
