« Beds need updating, everyone in my group agreed the beds were not comfortable-sagging and stiff. Caused quite a few sore backs and hips for just one nights stay. Also, the staff needs more help. The people there work hard and did the best they could. It was great to have the restaurant onsite and overall nice set up. »

« Brand new, clean and well furbished, we recommend ! »

« The breakfast bar had a great number of variety, including fresh fruits yogurts, which was really nice. The cleanliness was top-notch. Most importantly the rooms were well soundproofed. We didn’t have to worry about hearing the guest next-door to us like you experience some other hotels. »

« This facility had people just hanging out in the parking lot after dark. There were upsetting Halloween decorations everywhere and that was very dark and unwelcoming. The shower curtain rod was not securely fastened to the wall and looked like it would fall down. The buttons on the airconditioner unit were worn off and unresponsive. There were unpatched screw holes in the walls. The plate on the neck of the shower head wasn’t secured. There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower head...

« Sejour en couple, aspect general de l hotel decevant pour un best western. Renovation souhaitable »

« Excellent and affordable hotel in Holland, MI. Staff very helpful and available. Room cleaned daily. Proximity to main roads and services »

« Chambre propre et spacieuse. Bain à remous très agréable. »

« I can't believe that I am a Hilton member and they charged me for bottled water!!! There is no way to adjust the temperature in the rooms, because of the cement ceilings and floor it was very cold and unwelcoming. All the construction made it difficult to enter and exit from the street side.. Not sure I would stay here again, »

« Overall, a great stay. The only caveat is hitting my head on the bottom of the flatscreen TV when standing up from picking up items that were placed in front of it. Typically there is a dresser or something under a tv, so you don't encounter those types of issues. Some odd layout of the room with the lack of a closet, etc. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and nice. I would recommend staying and would look to stay again if/when in the area. »
