« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel. Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking). Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines. I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist. Avoid at all cost. »

« The Winchester Whiskey Bar was great especially since the weather was nasty the day we arrived. The hotel check in attendant was unapologetic in telling us check in time was changed to 4pm even though our reservation said 3pm and we were eager to get settled and dry after a rough trip over the water in 35 mph wind with rain.
