« Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. « We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. « This is our third or fourth time staying here. We brought our adult boys with us and had the most relaxing , wonderful week. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. Slept great. The boys had fun using the kayaks. The water was warm, the lake is beautiful, and we absolutely love the town of Limerick. The food at the Peppermill is really really good, had ice cream and donuts at the shops across the street And the Limerick supermarket is one of my favorite grocery stores. The sunsets here...

« We had wonderful time at Sara’s lake house. Her communication was great and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. The location is goegeous and the views were incredible. We have two teenagers who enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for docking the boat we rented. « My fiancé and decided to take our 2 dogs up to the cottage. We’ve never taken them anywhere because they can be a bit of a handful to say the least. So finding a place that took dogs was great. Our host were extremely accommodating for us with check in and check out which really meant a lot for us. We came up from Boston and really didn’t want to hit afternoon traffic so we came up a bit earlier than our scheduled check in time and they got the place ready for us in a rush. We rented a boat...

« It was a cozy and had a lot to offer for amenities. The beach had a great view of pleasant mountain. We went to the pool almost everyday. It was very nice. The rental was 10 minutes from town so easy to get supplies. I would definitely rent again. It really had a lot of beds too much more than we needed. However, a family of 5 or more would be very happy with the number of beds etc. it was very family oriented with games etc. »

« When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and fun getaway »

« Lovely cabin with a dock right on the water. There is a grill, fire pit, and a screened in porch. Only downfall was the driveway is hard to find and there is no wifi but there may not be wifi available in the area. Otherwise we had a great stay!! Highly recommend. »
