« Property is perfectly setup for a group outing both inside and out. There is privacy for all with bedrooms and bathrooms and multi-floor setup. All the amenities you can hope for when on vacation to have some fun - fire pit, hot tub, comfy and large deck space, indoor game room. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! »

« We had a great stay. House was wonderful. The bottom floor does not have heat but heaters are provided. A bit getting use to but ended up being fine. Great communication and great spot. Will definitely rent again. »

« Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic. « The House was just fantastic. Everything you need is there. Beautiful and confortable house, the children and parents loved the game room in the basement. Well located, close by Echo lake, Diana's bath trail and North Conway town. Dawn is easily accessible and answer quickly to your answer! We loved our stay! Great time ! »
