All properties we manage are intended for temporary non-touristic accommodation, in accordance with Royal Decree 1312/2024.

Signing a rental agreement stating the purpose of your trip is mandatory. In addition, under Royal Decree 933/2021, we will ask for your personal details before check-in in order to report them to the authorities. Full details are available in the house rules.

Refusing to meet these requirements may be grounds for cancellation of the reservation.
