I rarely write negative reviews, but future guests should know the reality. We paid roughly 3,455 for a supposed premium stay in Madrid and instead endured nonstop construction noise, a broken air conditioning system during a 35–38C heat wave, sleepless nights, and finally abandoning the property early. Management never warned us about onsite construction; loud drilling, hammering and demolition began from day one directly beneath the apartment. We reported the AC failure, but the team offered poor, ineffective fixes and automated, AI-generated replies rather than sending a qualified technician in a timely manner. For days we slept with windows open to survive the heat, exposing us to street and construction noise; none of the four guests could rest. The disruption forced us to incur thousands of dollars more for last-minute alternative accommodation. Although management acknowledged problems, the compensation offered was nowhere near adequate and communication has been extremely difficult and evasive. I remain uncompensated despite multiple attempts to find a fair resolution. We paid for a luxury experience and received a chaotic, stressful stay. I cannot recommend this property or its management to anyone seeking a reliable, comfortable vacation in Madrid. This experience ruined our holiday and damaged our trust in premium listings; we expect a full refund. Until management offers real accountability and a serious human response, avoid this property at all costs.
