after the arrival of the paid accommodation, we were kicked out and reffered to other accommodation. Hotels.com has not refunded the money yet.

Hello IvanSorry for the inconvinience caused. The hotel ownership was changed from one partner to another partner. The previous reservations’s amount were collected with the previous owner. We are still negotiating with the previous owner to handle all future reservations payments to the new owner. We shall communicate with you as soon as this process is completed. Le bungalow était convenable pour un prix assez modeste mais il y avait des souris qui aimaient bien manger vos tubes de dentifrices ou faire des trous dans la robe de mon amie qui avait des taches d'huile de coco. Les souris apprécient l'huile de coco. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec le personnel pour les repas du soir qui mettent 2 heures à arriver avec des choses que vous n'aviez pas commandé et de vous entendre dire que vous pouvez toujours annulé si ça ne vous convient pas. Bref c'est ça ou rien. D'ailleurs, y'a rien d'autre. Mais le pire, c'est de vous faire entuber par le gérant qui n'hésite pas à raconter n'importe quoi pour vous faire payer; J'ai du payer 35$ après une excursion requin-baleine parce que mon amie était montée sur l'embarcation sans plonger, ni même mettre sa tête dans l'eau sous le prétexte qu'il existe une taxe alors qu'on se trouve hors du parc marin.
